Statutory right of withdrawal

Consumers (as per § 13 of the German Commercial Code) have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason for doing so. The withdrawal deadline is fourteen days from the date on which the customer or a third party appointed by the customer, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods delivered.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (a consigned by mail letter, fax , e-mail ) about your decision to withdraw from this contract .

Consequences of withdrawal

If the customer withdraws from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we receive from you , including the costs of supply (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a different method of delivery than that offered by us, cheapest Standard) , and return payment immediately, latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification has been received through your cancellation of this contract with us. For the reimbursement , we use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you expressly agreed otherwise ; in any case you will be charged fees because of this repayment . We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods back or you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
The customer must return the goods to us without delay and not later than fourteen days from the date on which he notifies us of withdrawal. 
The customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods where the value loss is due to the use or handling of the goods . For goods with seals , we can offer no redemption for open products. In the special case of assembly kits, once it was assembled we do only offer redemption in case of any deficiancy of the product. The costs for the return are the responsibility of the buyer.

Exceptions

This right does not apply to distance contracts for supply of goods that are produced according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs or which are not suitable due to their condition for a return or spoil quickly or whose expiration date has been exceeded.
